Cold water today till below the shoals bottom of the 9th we found a wreck off Hatteras with ajs a cobia big triggers and keeper knotheads legal off Hatteras.  From what marine fisheries enforcement officers tell me above Hatteras July 15th seabass opens.  We also spotted a single explorer 100 off Buxton on the way home and landed that one as well!
