Happy bday Bug!!

Got the privilege to take Katie as she requested trout fishing.  So took her to TWs bait and tackle and got her a new rod and reel.  Off we went.  First rod out she got a four pounder!  We landed fish on and off all day.  We had the biggest one get away but also landed one over six pounds!  Very happy dad!!

Good fishing weekend

The weather was nice and the fish were biting!  We landed some nice trout and some schoolie rock. We let the rock go and released some trout, but not all of em!  Deep fat fried trout in house Autry with some crunchy skin pretty good fresh.    Special thanks to all you guys and hope you find that mermaid!

Absolutely beautiful weather yesterday.  So called up some friends and burned some fuel in the southern run and went looking for reds.  Three hours if hunting and casting no love.  Then saw fish swimming along a shoal, sightcasting great!  Weeee.

No fishing lately

But got to take the kids to our "secret beach" with a buddy!  Got to watch geese and ducks. Crawl on old live oaks and see smiles and a killer sunset!   Never take anything for granted!

Fishing is always great when your fishing with the great Bobalama!  We fished hard and picked out a nice catch of trout up to six lbs!!  Thanks guys!!

Thanks to everyone!  Real friends and family thank you!! 2013 was great!  Fishing was fabulous!  Special thanks to all my repeats that come and supported us.  Without you core 80% Loyal guys I would probably not be in this industry " living the dream". Makes my job much much more fun!   Goofing off and catching fish, smiling having a good time and forgetting about the "real world" for a while!  Looking forward to a great 2014!  Lost a couple great captains and adding a new rainmaker!  We gonna fish hard whether it's a blowtoad or big drum.  Got  a bunch of 2014 trips already booked up but need and love for you to call!!  Opened the New Year fishing with the Kegley family.  The water was slick and we landed a some beautiful speckled trout.  Got a neat pic of Davis and Pierce looking at reflections in the water, when we were way up a calm creek.
