Lots of Blue Fish a Spanish Macks and a pair of gaffer Dolfin in the am. Went looking for the Cobia the rest of the day and got shut down, sound like the next push of fish is just south of us. Weather looks good for the next few days so that should bring them up. Thanks Capt. Ches

SHARKS! Went out for Cobia, we got Sharks. One of them was a Mako about 75lbs,sorry no pictures we were busy keep our arms and hands! I did get some pictures of some of his calmer buddys. No sharks were harmed on this trip, not even the "Meanco"!

The trips around Oregon Inlet have been lots of nice size Blue fish, with a few nice flounder. We have been getting the Blue by trolling and casting jigs to them. The Carolina Blue will head back to Hatteras to get back on the Cobia and Dolfin action. There is still Big Red Drum showing up down there daily.

Cobia are here!

It's all getting started now,we fished out Hatteras the last few days, lots of life down there. Ended up getting a few nice Cobia with all the blue fish you wanted. There were alot of the big drum mixed in also. The water looked good and the fishing should only get better from here on. Sounds like there are alot of fish to the south headed our way! The Rock Solid should be back in NC this coming week and docked at Oden's Dock. The Carolina Blue will be at Teach's Lair Marina for the next few weeks for the big drum and Cobia bite, sounds like Oregon Inlet is also starting to come to life with Blue Fish and a few Flounder. If any body wants to fish around there will we have boat ready to fish. Sorry about the pictures, got yet another camera wet and I could see the want I was taking shots of. Some of the fish and most of the guys or all of the guys and none the fish. What can You do.

Thanks Capt. Ches
