Fished today with Chacosky party and these guys just have the good Karma. Every year these guys get em. Try 8 in a row. They always tell me to catch them a few fish and I can get the early dismissal. Well off at the crack of 8, I went down the bumpy beach and we whacked on the triggers till we did not want any more. Caught, tagged, and released a cobia. We then worked back to look around the inlet. Well hooked a cobia, then found a lonely school of drum. Hooked two more cobia out of the drum, a dozen red drum released, and to top it off two amberjacks on bucktails out of the school of drum. We rode right next to the school of fish and just watched them swimming, these guys had enough. Talk about laid back John was eating a sandwhich when we had three drum on and left it on the rod holder to finish his sandwhich. Got the 1:45 dismissal with a great catch and a few in the box for supper.
Yesterday the Nichols Party whacked the triggers and landed one nice cobia out of three hooked. We had a ball. So thanks to everyone for fishing hard and hanging with us. Hope everyone is enjoying the updates and just got a new shipment of mossy oak camo rocksolid visors and hats! Thanks Aaron
