That is one lucky damn Cobia. Nearly unheard of fishing ethics. I must assume you had a limit on deck or did she earn her freedom through respect of her fight?
thanks, no we had no fish in the box released 4 and kept one small fish at the end of the day. Not sure how much she really weighed but she was 65 inches to the tail. Randy is a long time client and drives me crazy sometimes with the fish we have let go. The tip was very generous, however.
