Government shut down?

What in the world.  Gov decided to shutdown and close its parks.  As a concessioner to a federal park we had to go as well since there would be no way for the public to access us.  Soooo we relocated yesterday after fishing.  On extremely  short notice. It was neat to see the way all the captains worked together. You thought it would of been panic but heck go fishing toss out your catch untie some ropes and head to a new home. Which I also though was amazing how open other marinas were to helping out and making room for a 50+ fleet of boats.  Heck one marina offered us free docking!  People helped that I never knew would and thank you for that! Also one you thought you could count on turned away and slid under a rock.      Not sure when/ if we get back to OI but keep ya posted.  Oh yea fishing continues to be great if you like redfish!  We caught em in the rain yesterday, both tides.  Today hit em in the am hard then went up above manteo and hit em again!  22-28 inch fish!  We also landed couple small stripers , few keeper flounder. Blues, and gray trout.  Thanks to you guys for keeping me fishing everyday!  Got an opening on 6th & 14th if anyone like to go, or could do an evening run.
